AgileHR is provided directly by Viacheslav Sidiachkin, so discovery, diagnosis, and product direction stay close to the real delivery problem.
AgileHR is provided by Viacheslav Sidiachkin, an independent professional (trabalhador independente) registered in Portugal.
The public landing stays intentionally compact, but the trust layer is explicit: direct email contact, Portugal-based legal identity, and public privacy and terms pages that explain how the review, product, and payment path work.
AgileHR is provided directly by Viacheslav Sidiachkin, so discovery, diagnosis, and product direction stay close to the real delivery problem.
AgileHR is operated from Portugal as an independent professional setup, with public legal identity and tax details available on the site.
The current flow is intentionally data-light: CTA logs avoid raw personal data, lead capture is minimized, and product data handling follows GDPR-oriented constraints.
These Terms describe the basic ground rules for using the AgileHR site, requesting a bottleneck review, and accessing the AgileHR product or paid subscription path.
AgileHR is provided by Viacheslav Sidiachkin, an independent professional (trabalhador independente) registered in Portugal. These Terms apply when you browse the site, request a bottleneck review, or use the AgileHR product or a paid plan unless a separate written agreement overrides them.
By using the site or the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are acting on behalf of a company or team, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be waived under mandatory law.
AgileHR is offered on a professional and business-use basis. The service is designed for organizations and decision-makers who need visibility into cross-team dependencies, ownership boundaries, skills risks, and related delivery bottlenecks.
AgileHR may include a public marketing site, diagnostic review calls, workspace access, analytics, reporting, survey-based inputs, and paid subscription features. Particular features may change over time.
If a mandatory consumer-protection rule applies in a specific jurisdiction despite the professional scope, that mandatory rule prevails to the extent required.
The bottleneck review, contact path, and demo access are intended to help determine fit. Submitting the booking flow or requesting a conversation does not by itself guarantee onboarding, paid access, or any particular commercial outcome.
AgileHR may accept, decline, reschedule, or limit pre-contract interactions where the request is outside scope, abusive, or operationally impractical.
Where AgileHR offers product accounts or subscriptions, you are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, using accurate business information, and ensuring that your organization has the right to upload or process the data entered into the service.
Paid plans, if any, may be sold through third-party billing or checkout providers, including Lemon Squeezy. Subscription status, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment handling may therefore depend in part on that provider's systems and terms.
You must not misuse AgileHR, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service beyond rights permitted by law, or use the service to process unlawful material.
AgileHR retains all intellectual property rights in the site, brand, methodology, software, visual materials, and related documentation, except for customer data and other materials that remain owned by the customer or their licensors.
Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, AgileHR grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for internal business purposes during the relevant subscription or engagement term.
Each party remains responsible for the lawful handling of the data it provides. Customers must avoid uploading personal data that is unnecessary for the intended use case.
AgileHR will handle personal data according to the Privacy Policy and any separate data-processing or commercial terms agreed with the customer.
For customer workspace operations, controller/processor roles and related GDPR obligations are defined by context and, where required, by a dedicated data processing agreement (DPA).
Where legally required for restricted transfers, the parties can rely on standard contractual clauses or another valid transfer mechanism through the contractual layer.
Confidential business information exchanged in the context of a review or product relationship should be treated as confidential unless already public or independently known.
AgileHR works to keep the service available and useful, but the public site, diagnostic materials, and product features are provided on an as available basis unless a separate contract states otherwise.
AgileHR does not promise that every diagnostic view, recommendation, or output will be error-free or suitable for every organization. Customers remain responsible for their own operational, people, architectural, and legal decisions.
AgileHR may update the site, change features, or modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will apply from the updated date shown on this page unless a separate contract says otherwise.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgileHR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss arising from a customer's organizational decisions based on the service.
If liability cannot be excluded, AgileHR's aggregate liability under these public Terms is limited to the amount paid directly to AgileHR for the relevant service in the 12 months before the claim, or EUR 150 if no fee has yet been paid under the relationship.
AgileHR may suspend or terminate access where there is non-payment, misuse, security risk, unlawful activity, or other material breach. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any separate commercial commitments already agreed.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Unless a separate agreement states otherwise, the courts of Lisbon have jurisdiction over disputes related to these Terms and the AgileHR service.
